Patna : Bihar Governor cum Chancellor of State Universities Lalji Tandon on June 18, 2019, appointed Dr Kapildev Prasad, Associate Professor, Botany, T P College, Madhepura, as the Registrar of B N Mandal University (BNMU), Madhepura, with immediate effect. Dr Kapildev Prasad has replaced Col. Neeraj Kumar.
The Governor has appointed Dr Prasad as Registrar, BNMU, exercising his powers under Bihar State University Act 1976 ( as Amended till date) and also considering the panel submitted by VC, BNMU, according to a Raj Bhavan release.
