Benoit Paire jumps 13 places in ATP rankings, Myneni jumps 22 places

Patna : Benoit Paire, 31, France, has jumped 13 places to be ranked World No 38 with 1,168 points in the ATP rankings released on May 27, 2019. Paire had won the Lyon Open singles title on May 25, 2019, defeating Felix Auger-Aliassime, 18, Canada, in the final. Aliassime has jumped 6 places to be ranked World No 22 with 1,482 points after reaching the final of Lyon Open, an ATP 250 point tournament. Novak Djokovic, Srerbia, Rafael Nadal, Spain, Roger Federer, Switzerland, Dominic Thiem, Austria, and Alexander Zverev, Germany, remain World No 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 respectively.

Karen Khachanov, 23, Russia, has jumped 1 place to be ranked World No 11 with 2,800 points while Fabio Fognini, Italy, has slipped 1 place to be ranked World No 12 with 2,785 points. Nikoloz Basilashvili, Georgia, has jumped 2 places to be ranked World No 16 with 1,970 points. Radu Albot, Moldova, has jumped 5 places to be ranked World No 40 with 1,101 points. Marton Fucsovics, Hungary, has slipped 12 places to be ranked World No 50 with 965 points. Damir Dzumhur, Bosnia & Hrzegovina, has jumped 5 places to be ranked World No 52 with 913 points.

Nicolas Jarry, 23, Chile, has jumped 17 places after reaching the final of ATP Geneva Open last week to be ranked World No 58 with 855 points. Federico Delbonis, Argentina, has jumped 9 places after reaching the SFs of Geneva Open to be ranked World No 75  with 731 points. Jo Wilfired-Tsonga, 34, France, has jumped 3 places to be ranked World No 82 with 670 points. Hugo Dellien, Bolivia, has jumped 6 places after reaching the QFs of Geneva Open to be ranked World No 86 with 651 points.

India No 1 Prajnesh Gunneswaran has slipped 2 places to be ranked World No 88 with 629 points. Ramkumar Ramnathan, India, has jumped 1 place to be ranked World No 143 with 393 points.

Saketh Myneni, 31, India, has jumped  22 places after reaching the SFs of ATP Jerusalem Challenger last week  to be ranked World No 223 with 217 points. Sumit Nagal, India, has jumped 1 place to be ranked World No 280 with 142 points. Sasi Kumar Mukund, India, has jumped 12 places to be ranked World No 283 with 141 points after reaching the QFs of Jerusalem Challenger.
