Bagaha:  Ten houses were gutted and 7 persons sustained burn injuries in a fire that broke out in the house of Kapildeo Yadav of village Rajawatia under Bagaha town police station in Bagaha police district on May 19, 2019, late evening, and soon engulfed other houses. The fire assumed alarming proportions when an LPG cylinder kept at the house of Sambhu Yadav exploded.

The fire was, however, extinguished after a fire tender reached  the spot from Bagaha, said Block Development Officer (BDO),  Bagaha -1,  Shashibhusan  Suman. Seven persons, who sustained burn injuries in the fire, were admitted to Sub-Divisional Hospital, Bagaha. Sources said property worth Rs 50,000 besides foodgrains were gutted in the fire.
