Patna : Novak Djokovic (12,115 points), Serbia, Rafael Nadal (7,945 points), Spain, and Roger Federer ( 5,770 points), Switzerland, remain World No 1, 2 & 3 respectively in the ATP rankings released on May 13, 2019, while Dominic Thiem, Austria, has jumped one place to be ranked World No 4 with 4,845 points after reaching the semi-finals of Madrid Open last week.

Alexander Zverev, 22, Germany, has slipped one position to be ranked World No 5 with 4,745 points after failing to defend his Madrid Open title. Djokovic has consolidated his position at Number 1 by securing 1,000 points after winning Madrid Open title.

Kei Nishikori, Japan, has jumped one place to be ranked World No 6 remains World No 6 with 3,860 points after reaching 3 round of Madrid Open. Stefanos Tsitsipas, 20, Greece, has jumped 2 places to be ranked World No 7 with 3,790 points after reaching the final of Madrid Open. Kevin Anderson, South Africa, has slipped 2 places to be ranked World No 8 with 3,755 points while Juan Martin del Porto, Argentina, has slipped 1 place to be ranked World No 9 with 3,145 points. Marin Cilic, Croatia, has jumped one place to be ranked World No 10 with 3,025 points after reaching the quarter-finals of Madrid Open.

Gael Monfils, France, has jumped 2 places to be ranked World No 16 with 1,965 points after reaching 3round of Madrid Open. Guido Pella, Argentina, has jumped 5 places to be ranked World No 21 with 1,495 points after reaching 2 round  of Madrid open. Stan Wawrinka, Switzerland, has also jumped 5 places to be ranked World No 29 with 1,365 points after reaching the quarter-finals of Madrid Open, an ATP Masters 1,000 tournament. Hubert Hurkacz, 22, Poland, has jumped  11 places to be ranked World No 41 with 1,040 points. Jeremy Chardy, France, has jumped 5 places to be ranked World No 42 with 1,040 points.

Adrian Mannarino, France, has jumped 6 places to be ranked World No 50 with 966 points while Taylor Fritz, 21, USA, has jumped 5 places to be ranked World No 52 with 954 points. Reilly Opelka, 21, USA, has also jumped 5 places to be ranked World No 53 with 947 points. Ricardas Berankis,  28, Lithuania, has jumped 25 places to be ranked World No 70 with 734 points after winning the Busan Challenger title in South Korea on May 12, 2019.

Prajnesh Gunneswaran, 29, India, has slipped 1 position to be ranked World No 89 with 629 points. Ramkumar Ramnathan, India, has jumped 2 places to be ranked World No 145 with 393 points. Saketh Myneni, India, has also jumped 2 places to be ranked World No 246 with 188 points while Sasi Kumar Mukund, India, has slipped 12 places to be ranked World No 299 with 119 points.

Gian Marco Moroni, 21, Italy, has jumped 33 places to be ranked World No 216 with 235 points. Alexey Vatutin, 26, Russia, has jumped 22 places to be ranked World No 212 with 246 points after good performance at an ATP Challenger in May 2019.
