Unidentified woman commits suicide by jumping before train near Chakiya

Motihari :  An unidentified middleage woman on May 5, 2019, committed suicide by jumped before a running  goods train near Chakiya on Muzaffarpur-Narkatiyaganj section of East Central Railways (ECR), Hajipur, in East Champaran district. She died on the spot as her body was cut into two pieces.

According to GRP sources,  the deceased was around 40 year old but was yet to be identified.  ASI, GRP, Ajay Kumar Paswan,  said police recovered  two passport size photographs and Rs 70 from her bag found on the spot.  According to eye witnesses,  she was seen loitering near railway track  for hours and as soon as a goods train came she jumped on the track. The body was sent for post- mortem to Motihari. Police are investigating into the case.
