Lorenzi beats Sumit Nagal to reach final of ATP Savannah Challenger in USA

Patna : World No 332 Sumit  Nagal, 21, India, lost to World No 108 Paolo Lorenzi, 37, Italy, in the semi-finals of ATP Sevannah Challenger in Georgia, US,A on May 5, 2019, making an exit from the clay court tournament.

Lorenzi beat Nagal in three sets 6-4, 4-6, 6-2 to advance to the final of the tournament. Lorenzi had reached 4th round of US Open in 2017 and has won one ATP title. Lorenzi will face World No 266 Federico Coria, 27, Argentina, in the final. Coria beat World No 354 Aleksandar Vukic, 23, Australia, 6-4, 6-0 in the first semi-finals on May 4, 2019.
