Youth shot dead at Bhojpur village

Ara : A youth was shot dead at village Baseya  under Agiao Bazaar police station in Bhojpur district the wee hour on April 19, 2019. Police recovered the body and brought it over to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. A named FIR has been lodged with Agiao Bazaar police station in this connection but police have remained clueless so far. The reason behind the murder still to be ascertained.

SHO, Agiao Bazaar police station, said that Aslam Mansoori, 19, son of Md Sureman Mansoori was sleeping at his house at his native village Baseya on April 18, 2019, night, when Pappu of the same village, one of his friends, called and invited him to accompany him to watch a dance programme at an adjoining village. On Pappu’s call, Aslam Mansoori came out of his house and went to village Khanbha Dihara with Pappu and enjoyed the dance programme the whole night. When he was returning home in the wee hour on April 19, Pappu allegedly shot him dead near village Baseya and escaped.
