Ara Bar Association elections on April 1, 2019

Ara : The schedule of Ara Bar Association elections for 2019-2021 was announced on March 7, 2019. Vishnudhar Pandey, Advocate, the Chief Election Officer,  said that the elections to Ara Bar Association is scheduled for April 1, 2019.

Pandey said that after publication of final voters’ list on March 23, 2019, aspiring candidates will file their nominations from March 25, 2019, to March 27, 2019. The scrutiny of the nomination papers will be held on March 28, 2019, and the final list of candidates in fray will be published in the evening the same day. He said that the candidates can withdraw their candidature from March 29, 2019 to March 30, 2019. He said that the Bihar State Bar Council has been apprised of the election schedule  through fax.
