FIR lodged 67 examiners for not taking up evaluation of Inter exams answer-books

Ara : Named FIRs were lodged with Ara Town Police Station and Nawada Police Station in Bhojpur district against 63 examiners on March 6, 2019, for their failure to join the evaluation work of Intermediate answer-books.

District Education Officer (DEO), Bhojpur, on the direction of Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) took this step under  Bihar School Examination Act. The Bihar School Examination Board has made two evaluation centres : S B College and Town School, Ara, for the evaluation of the answer-books of the Intermediate Examination and issued lists of examiners for both the evaluation centres. But 15 examiners at S B College and 48 examiners at Town School evaluation centres had not joined their duty even after two days. The Bihar School Examination Board has sought daily attendance of the examiners and also names of examiners who joined the evaluation work.
