4 IAS officers promoted to Spl. Secretary rank

Patna : Bihar Government on March 5, 2019, promoted four 2006 batch IAS officer to the rank of Special Secretary ( Selection Grade) with effect from January 1, 2019.

The 4 IAS officers granted promotion are: Adesh Titarmmare, Director, Agriculture, Dayanidhan Pandey, Additional Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD), presently on training, Dharmendra Singh, Director, Employment & Training, Labour Resources Department, and Sandip Kumar, MD, North Bihar Power Distribution Company, Patna. The GAD issued a notification to this effect on March 5.
