Muzaffapur police arrest 2 criminals, recover looted Bolero

Muzaffarpur : A police team headed by DSP (West), Muzaffarpur, on March 4, 2019, arrested two criminals : Kailash Sahni and Abhinandan Kumar, near Singhaila Pul (bridge) on Saraiya-Motipur State Highways alongwith a 7.65mm pistol and 6 live rounds and recovered a Bolero pick-up looted by them near Barji Petrol Pump under Motipur police station in Muzaffarpur district on March 3, 2019.

The criminals had looted Bolero pick-up when it was carrying fish from Muzaffarpur to Gopalganj. After looting the Bolero pick-up, the criminals tied the hands and legs of its driver with ropes and threw him near Nariar canal in Muzaffarpur district. Kailash Sahni was wanted in 9 criminals cases while Abhinandan Kumar was wanted in one case. During interrogation, the two arrested criminals gave information about some criminals active under Paru and Kanti police stations in Muzaffarpur district and Chakia police station in East Champaran district.
