Patna : Dozens of students took out a march at Patna on February 27, 2019, to protest with-holding of the results of Bachelor Part-III exams of Magadh University. The march started from Kargil Chowk and after passing through Kargil Chowk reached Kotwali police station where cops stopped them by putting barricades. But, the students were determined to reach Raj Bhawan.
Agitated students had heated argument with the policemen, who resorted to lathicharge. Several students took shelter at shops located nearby. Police arrested several students on the occasion.
Some of the students said that the university has kept results of Bachelor’s Exams pending affecting career of 90,000 students. These students are studying in 32 colleges of Magadh University.
