Class X girl crushed to death by speeding vehicle in Rohtas

Sasaram : A class X student Akanksha Kumari, daughter of Ajay Kumar Mishra of Durgadih village under Nasariganj police station in Rohtas district, was crushed to death by a speeding vehicle near Maunia Baba hut on February 21, 2019.

Police brought the body over to Sadar Hospital, Sasaram, for post-mortem. An FIR has been lodged by Nasariganj police station on the statement of the deceased’s father Ajay Kumar Mishra.

SHO, Nasariganj police station, Priyarnjan said that Akanksha Kumari was going to coaching class on her bicycle. When she reached near Mauni Baba hut, a speeding vehicle knocked her down killing her on the spot. The driver escaped with the vehicle from the spot.
