Sasaram : Two persons were killed and nine others injured when a speeding Tata Sumo fell into a ditch near Pranpur on Ara-Mohania NH-30 under Dinara police station in Rohtas district in the wee hour on February 20, 2019. Plice brought the bodies over to Sasaram Sadar Hospital for post-mortem and admitted the injured at the Primary Health Centre.
The deceased were identified as Deepak Chaudhary, driver of the vehicle and son of Bira Chaudhary, and Ram Ji Sah, son of Bali Sah of Ganjbhadsara village. The injured were identified as Sonu Chaudhary, Santosh Paswan, Anil Kumar, Ajit Chaudhary, Dinesh Kushwaha, Ajit Kumar Suman, Rustam Kumar and two others.
SHO, Dinara police station, Rajesh Kumar said that all the persons were going to Ganjbhadsara from Kochas on a Tata Sumo. The driver lost control over the steering near Pranpura and the vehicle fell into a ditch.
