Londero win Cordoba Open title

Patna : World No 112 Juan Ignacio Londero, 25, Argentina, beat World No 59 Guido Pella, 28, Argentina, in a three-set contest in an all Argentine final to lift the singles title at Cordoba Open, an ATP 250 points clay court tournament, on February 11, 2019. This is Londero’s first ATP title. Pell was also bidding for his first ATP title.

Londero, a wild card entrant, beat Pella 3-6, 7-5, 6-1 at Cordoba, Argentina,  in the final making a strong comeback after losing the first set and a break down in the second set. Londero fired 9 Aces in the match to 4 by Pella. He also won 5 break points to 3 by Pella. Londero won 4 games in a row in the match to 3 by his rival.
