Patna : DIG, Central Range, Patna, Rajesh Kumar, on January 31, 2019, removed the SHO of Kankarbagh police station, Ravi Bhushan, and SHO, Jakkanpur police station, Pramod Kumar. DGI Kumar said that both Ravi Bhushan and Pramod Kumar have been closed to Patna policelines( line hazir).
DIG Rajesh Kumar said that both the SHOs had been removed from their respective posts for their failure to take effective action against criminals and also due to many incidents of crime taking place under their jurisdiction. The two SHOs had failed to check crime, the DIG said.
