Bhojpur police recover missing girl aftrer 10 months

Ara : Bhojpur police recovered a girl after ten months and also arrested her lover from a house in Hari Ji Ka Hata locality under Nawada police station, Ara, on January 27, 2019, evening.

Police brought the girl over to the Sadar Hospital, Ara, for medical examination and also produced her before Ara Civil court to get her statement registered under Section 164 of CrPC. Mother of the girl had lodged a named FIR against a graduate student, Amit Kumar of Buxar, in connection with kidnapping of her daughter.

SHO, Ara Muffassil police station, said that the girl, an Intermediate student, was missing for 10 months ago from Ara Muffassil police station locality and her mother had alleged that Amit Kumar had kidnapped her.

After lodging of the FIR, police swung into action and on the basis of mobile surveillance, found that the girl and Amit Kumar were living at a house at Hari Ji Ka Hata under Nawada police station. Police conducted raid at the house and recovered the girl and arrested Amit. Police sent Amit Kumar to jail.
