Patna : Two Joint Secretary rank officers of Bihar Administrative Service (BAS) were on January 16, 2019, transferred and posted at the office of Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Bihar. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on January 16 itself.
Pravin Kumar Gupta, ADM ( Public Grievance Redressal) cum District Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Patna, has been appointed Joint Chief Electoral Officer, office of CEO, Election Department, Bihar.
Ratnesh Jha, Deputy Secretary, Environment & Forest Department, Bihar, has been appointed Joint Secretary, office of CEO, Election Department, Bihar.
