New Delhi : The President of India Ram Nath Kovind administered the oath of office to Sudhir Bhargava as Chief Information Commissioner in the Central Information Commission (CIC) at a ceremony held on January 1, 2019, at 1 pm at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Bhargava, a retired bureaucrat, was Information Commissioner in CIC. He did Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University. He is a former Secretary, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India.
