Sitamarhi : Suraj Kumar, a resident of village Bariarpur under Sitamarhi town police station, shot dead his alleged fiancee at a residential hotel at Sitamarhi on December 24, 2018. Both had checked in at a residential hotel in Sitamarhi town on December 24 morning. In the afternoon, Suraj shot at the woman and tried to commit suicide by shooting himself in head as well. He has been admitted to a private nursing home in the town in critical condition.
A police team headed by ASP Vijay Shankar Singh reached the hotel and tried to ascertain the identity of the deceased girl.
