BDO, Charpokhari Block, lodges FIR against former Pramukh

Ara : Block Development Officer (BDO), Charpokhari block in Bhojpur district, Sandeep Kumar Pandey, on December 12, 2018, lodged a named FIR with Gadhani police station against former Pramukh, Charpokhari, Anil Singh, for allegedly using abusive words against him and also disturning the government work.

The BDO said that he was supervising work at village Kurkuri in connection with the visit of CM Nitish Kumar following direction from the Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC) when Anil Singh, former Pramukh, Charpokhari, called him on his mobile. He used abusive words and also threatened him. He apprised the senior officials of the matter and lodged a named FIR against former Pramukh Anil Singh.

SHO, Gadhani police station, Shamim Ahmad, said that police were investigating into the matter. The former Pramukh could not be contacted for his comment on the matter.
