Police arrest man with 480 bottles of fake Dabur Alomnd Oil from Bhojpur village

Ara : Police, with the help of employees of Dabur Company, conducted raids at village Sahar under Sahar police station in Bhojpur district and arrested Lalan Sah, son of Bhuteli Sah, and seized 480 bottles of fake Dabur Almond Oil, 485 empty bottles and wrappers in large quantity on November 17, 2018, evening.

A named FIR has been lodged with Sahar police station against Lalan Sah on the petition of Ranjeet Kumar, Investigation Officer, Dabur Company, said Station House Officer, Sahar police station, Sanjay Kumar.

Ranjeet Kumar said that the company had received several complaints that fake Dabur Almond Oil is being supplied and sold in the markets of Ara and Aurangabad. The Company took serious note of this and sent him and Chandeshwar Singh to Ara. He said that he and Chandeshwar Singh contacted Bhojpur SP Aditya Kumar and apprised him of the matter. The SP extended full cooperation and he along with Sahar police conducted raids at Sahar and succeeded in seizing fake Dabur Almond Oil and other materials.

SHO, Sahar police station, said that Lalan Sah is a small fish of the racket and police are searching for the big fish. He said fake Almond Oil was being supplied to Lalan Sah and he filled up the bottles and pasted fake wrappers of the company on the bottles for which he got Rs 1 per bottle.
