Patna : World No 144 in ATP rankings Prajnesh Gunneswaran, 28, India, beat World No 312 Saketh Myneni, 31, India, in the final to left the singles title at ATP Challenger, Bangalore, India, on November 17, 2018. Prajnesh, the 4th seed, defeated Myneni in straight sets 6-2, 6-2 in the final at Karnataka State Lawn Tennis Association stadium.
The tournament is played on hard courts. Prajnesh got 125 ranking points for winning the singles title while Myneni secured 75 points for finishing runners-up. Myneni had defeated defending champion Sumit Nagal, 21, India, in the quarter-finals. Four Indians had reached the quarter-finals of the tournament.
