Patna : Rafael Nadal ( 7,660 points) , 32, Spain, Novak Djokovic ( 7,445 points), 31, Serbia, and Roger Federer ( 6,260 points) , 37, Switzerland, remain World No 1, 2 & 3 respectively in the ATP rankings released on October 22, 2018,  but Karen Khachanov, 22, Russia, has jumped 7 places to be ranked World No 19 with 1,845 points after winning Kremlin Cup title at Moscow, Russia, on October 21, 2018.

Adrian Mannarino, 30, France, has also jumped 5 places to be ranked World No 44 by reaching the final of Kremlin Cup. Gael Monfils, 32, France, has also jumped 5 places to be ranked World No 33 by reaching the final of Europen Open tennis tournament at Antwerp, Belgium, which concluded on October 21, 2018. Kyle Edmund, 23, UK, has jumped place to be ranked World No 14 by winning the Europen Cup title. Vasek Pospisil, 28, Canada, has jumped 6 places and is ranked World No 73 with 731 points. Radu Albot, 28, Moldova, has jumped 9 places is ranked World No 89 with 621 points.

Ernests Gulbis, 30, Latvia, has jumped 41 places to be ranked World No 104 with 566 points by reaching the final of Stockholm Open, which concluded on October 21, 2018. Thomas Fabiano, 29, Italy, has jumped 25 places to be ranked World No 106 after winning the Challenger title on October 21 in China. Jo Wilfried Tsonga, 33, France, has slipped 38 places and is ranked 113 with 510 points. Filippo Baldi, 22, Italy, has jumped 63 places to be ranked World No 176 with 314 points.
