Siwan SP suspends SHO for dereliction of duty

Patna :  Siwan SP Naveen Chandra Jha on October 10, 2018, placed SHO, Asanwa police station, under suspension during review of detection of cases with police officers of the district including ASP, SDPO, Inspectors
and SHOs. SP Jha directed to police officials to remain alert and keep an eye over movement of criminals released on bail from jail.

Siwan SP placed Asanwa PS SHO under suspension and recommended for departmental proceedings against him. He said that despite repeated reminders, the SHO had remained insensitive in dispensing cases and as a result several important cases were pending.
The SP also suspended an SI of Nautan police station Vinod Singh on the charge of extending favour to a liquor trader.
