Police arrest 2 persons in Under Secretary Rajiv Kumar murder case

Patna : Police on August 17, 2018, arrested two  persons in connection with murder of an Under Secretary of Planning and Development Department, Bihar Government, Rajiv Kumar, 59, at his official flat on R-Bloc in the wee hours on August 14, 2018. The arrested persons have been identified as Sunny and Shravan.

But, the key accused involved in the loot and murder, Rahul, is still absconding. Police have also recovered about Rs 40,000 and jewellery looted by the criminals. It may be mentioned here that police had picked up 3 persons from a slum adjoining Rajiv Kumar’s house on August 14 itself.
