Criminals loot Rs 9.59 lakh from security agency staff at Siwan

Siwan : Bike borne armed criminals looted over Rs 9.59 lakh from an employee of a private security agency Mukesh Kumar after firing at him on Station Road under Town Police Station, Siwan, on June 28, 2018, when he was going to deposit the amount in a bank. The criminals fired at Mukesh injuring him and looted the bag containing cash on Station Road. An injured Mukesh was admitted to Siwan Sadar Hospital.

Confirming the incident, Siwan SP Navin Chandra Jha said that police were looking into the CCTV footage to identify the criminals to nab them. He said that police were yet to arrest any criminal in this connection.
