Sitamarhi : A Readymade cloth retailer of Sitamarhi Town Saurav Kumar, 24, was shot at in his chest by two motorbike borne criminals at his shop on June 25, 2018, evening. A critically unjured Saurav was admitted to a private Nursing Home here. The criminals fled away towards Mela Road locality after firing at the businessman.
One person has been detained in this connection and being interrogated.The criminals would be arrested soon, said SP Vikas Burman.
Sitamarhi Town market observed complete Bandh on June 26 to protest the deteriorating law and order situation. The traders and business class are shocked since the distance between the place of occurrence and Town police station is less than 200 metres.
