Bhojpur SP suspends SHO Narayanpur PS, an SI, 4 others

Ara : Bhojpur SP Awakash Kumar on June 7, 2018, suspended the Station House Officer (SHO), Narayanpur police station (PS), Sudeh Kumar, a Sub-Inspector (SI), Viveshwar Shukla, three constables and a driver  with immediate effect for dereliction of duty and also for realising money illegally from trucks loaded with sand.

The SP has appointed Birendra Paswan as the new SHO of Narayanpur police station. Birendra Paswan was earlier an SI at Ara Town police station.

Bhojpur SP, on information, reached Narayanpur police station on June 6, 2018, night, and found police personnel realising money illegally from the sand laden trucks and the SHO absent from duty. The SP warned the police personnel to mend their ways or be ready for action against them.
