Payna : Bihar Government on May 28, 2018, appointed 96 advocates directly to posts of Additional District and Sessions Judge ( entry point) on the recommendations made by Registrar General, High Court, Patna, on March 29, 2018, based on the results of an exam held for the pupose, in the payscale of Rs 51,550 — Rs 63,070.
The appointments will be subject to the outcome of the Supreme Court order in Abhimeet Singa & others Vs High Court, Patna, & others through Registrar General in WP (C) – (S) 251/2016. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on May 28, 2018.
