Ara : Bhojpur district administration has made an elaborate arrangement to maintain law and order in the district after publication of Matriculation and Intermediate results of Bihar School Examination Board likely to be declared on May 25, 2018.

In a joint press release, Bhojpur SP Awakash Kumar and DM-in-charte cum Deputy Development Commissioner Shashank Shubhankar said that the SP, Special Branch, Patna, had faxed a message to the Bhojpur DM on May 11, 2018, warning that the Matriculation and Intermediate results of the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) might not be up to expectation of the students this year and that might create law and order problem. The message also said that the unsuccessful students might target railways, government and non government offices, statues, government and private properties and may burn effigies of the Chief Minister and the Education Minister.

In view of feedback from the Special Branch, Bhojpur SP and the DM-in-charge sounded alert and deputed police force along with magistrates at 64 vulnerable and vantage points including Ara railway station, Koelwar railway station, Koelwar railway bridge, Kulharia railway station, Sakaddi, Zamira railway halt, Karisath railway station, government and private bus stands, Agriculture office, Canal office, Head Post Office, Sudha Dairy Milk, Circuit House, Sanskritik Bhawan, Ara Sadar Hospital from 8 am on May 25, 2018, until further order.

Bhojpur SP Awakash Kumar said that it is for the first time that security arrangements have been made in view of the publication of exam results.
