Patna : Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) scored 179/4 in 20 overs against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the 46th match of IPL 2018 at Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Pune, on May 13 with opener Shikhar Dhawan making 79 in 49 ball hitting 10 fours and 3 sixes and captain Kane Williamson, New Zealand, making 51 in 39 ball hitting 5 fours and 2 sixes. Chennai Super Kings won the toss but elected to bowl.

The SRH wicket, that of Alex Hales, England, fell when the score was 18. Hales was out for 2 only. But, then Dhawan and Williamson got involved in a 123 run partnership for the second wicket. Both of them, however, got out when the team score was 141. Manish Pandey scored just 5 runs. Deepak Hooda remained unbeaten on 21 in 11 ball hitting a four and a six while Shakib Al Hasan, Bangladesh, remained not out on 8.

For CSK, Shardul Thakur took 2/32 in 4 overs while Dwayne Bravo took 1/39 4 overs. Deepak Chahar took 1/16 in 4 overs. Both Harbhajan Singh and Ravindra Radeja went wicketless. Harbhajan have away 26 runs in his 2 overs while Jadeja leaked 24 runs in 2 overs.

In reply, CSK were 15/0 in two overs with Shane Watson, Australia, batting on 14 and Ambati Rayudu batting on 1.
