Director, Higher Education, seeks explanation from VKSU official

Ara : Director, Higher Secondary, has  sought an explanation from the Information Officer, Veer Kuer Singh University (VKSU), Ara,  as to why he had not provided an applicant with desired information even after three years and asked him to give all the information to him immediately.

Former Senator, VKSU, Ajay Kumar Tiwari alias Munmun, had sought information from the VKSU administration on April 18, 2015, under Right to Information Act regarding recognition of subjects for Post Graduate classes under the university and seats allotted to colleges and university. When the VKSU administration did not provide him information, he sought the same information from the Director, Higher Secondary.

On his application, the director served show cause notice on the Information Officer, VKSU, directing to provide all the information immediately.
