Ara court sentences three to rigorous life imprisoment in murder case

Ara : Additional District and Sessions Judge VI, Ara, Tribhuwan Yadav on May 11, 2018, sentenced three persons to rigorous life imprisonment in a murder case. The three accused sentenced to rigorous life imprisonment are : Laloo Yadav, Sumeshwar Yadav and Satyanarayan Yadav, of village Kalyanpur under Bihia police station in Bhojpur district.

The court also slapped a fine of Rs 4,000 on Laloo Yadav and Rs 2,000 each on Sumeshwar Yadav and Satyanarayan Yadav.

Ram Prasad of village Kalyanpur under Bihia police station had gone to Laloo Yadav of the same village on November 1, 2014, inquire about the thrashing of his driver Pintu Kumar. But, Laloo Yadav and others shot him dead. Later, a named FIR was lodged with Bihia police station against Laloo Yadav, Sumeshwar Yadav, Satyanarayan Yadav and others in this regard.

After hearing both the parties, the court awarded rigorous life imprisonment to the trio and also slapped  fine on each them.
