Patna : Delhi Daredevils (DD) scored 187/5 in 20 overs against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the 42nd match of IPL 2018 at Feroz Shah Kotla Ground, Delhi, on May 10, 2018, riding on a brilliant century by their wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant, 20. It was the first century by an Indian batsmen in the IPL 2018. Pant scored an unbeaten 128 in 63 ball hitting 15 fours and 7 sixes. He completed his century in 56 ball.

DD had won the toss and opted to bat. They lost the wickets of both their openers : Prithi Shaw and Jason Roy (England), when the score was 21 only. The wicket of captain Shreyas Iyer fell when the score was 43. Iyer was run out for 3. Harshal Patel, a bowler from Gujarat who plays for Haryana in domestic cricket, was run out for 24 in 17 ball hitting 2 sixes. Glen Maxwell, Australia, was out for 9. Pant single handedly took the DD to 187/5.

For SRH, Shaib Al Hasan took 2/27 in 4 overs while Bhuvaneshwar Kumar took 1/51 in 4 overs.
