2 Buxar residents killed in Ghazipur, UP, accident, 3 injured

Buxar : Two persons were killed while three others of a family of village Dhanchhua under Nawanagar police station in Buxar district injured when the Pick-van carrying them  overturned near Amheta Mor under Khanpur police station in Ghazipur district, UP, on May 7, 2018, night, when they were going to attend a marriage ceremony.

UP police brought the bodies over to Ghazipur hospital for post-mortem and also admitted the injured there. The deceased were identified as Hazari Chaudhary, 40, and Sohan Chaudhary, 35. The injured were identified as Dev Narayan Chaudhary, 40, Laginath Chaudhary, 45, and Mangal Chaudhary, 60. The condition of the injured is stated to be serious. The doctors referred them to Varanasi. Police handed over the bodies to the family members after post-mortem.

Villagers said that Dhanchhua resident Saroj Singh’s daughter’s marriage was to be solemnized May 7 night at Mehaazpur in Azamgarh, UP, and the family in Pick-up van was going to attend it.
