High school teacher shot dead on school campus in Vaishali

Hajipur : Three unidentified bike borne persons shot dead a teacher of L N High School, Bhagwanpur, in Vaishali district in North Bihar, Radhesh Ranjan, 35,  at 9.30 am on May 7, 2018, on the school premises. Radhesh Ranjan was shot at by the assailants when he was about to enter a classroom.

Radhesh Ranjan was rushed to the hospital but was declared brought dead by the doctors there, said SHO, Bhagwanpur police station in Vaishali district. The bike borne assailants entered the school campus during school hours and opened fire on Radhesh and escaped. Police remain clueless about the behind his killing though they are probing into the incident.

Angry locals and school teachers blocked the Hajipur-Muzaffarpur highway near the school for 30 minutes to register their protest. The body was sent for post-mortem.
