Bagaha: A police team led by SDPO, Bagaha, Sanjiv Kumar, arrested 11 persons of Chandarpur-Ratawal panchayat under Nadi thana ( River police station), Bagaha, on May 6, 2018, for creating obstacle in the Government work . They wre sent to Bagaha jail.
SP, Bagaha Police District, Arbind Kumar Gupta said that a team of revenue officials comprising Deputy Collector Land Reforms (DCLR), Bagaha, Gyanchand Yadav, Circle Officer (CO), Bagaha, Rajkishor Sah, and force led by SDPO, Bagaha, Sanjiv kumar had gone to give possession to landless poor families over 42 acres of land given to them in year 1992-1993 as they were dispossessed by some persons.
The arrested persons were creating disturbances in the families concerned were being given possession over their respective plots, SP Gupta said.
