DD score 163/5 against SRH in IPL at Hyderabad

Patna : Batting first after winning the toss, Delhi Daredevils (DD) scored 163/5 in 20 oversagainst Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the 35th match of IPL this seasion at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad, on May 5, 2018, riding on a 35 ball 65 with 6 fours and 3 sixes by opener Prithvi Shaw, 18, captain Shreyas Iyer’s 44 in 36 balls with  3 fours and 2 sixes.

Wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant made 18 while allrounder Vijay Shankar remained not out on 23 in 13 balls with a six and a four. Glen Maxwell was run out for 2. Naman Ojha was also run out for 1. DD batsmen failed to capitalise on the advantage of the platform provided by Prithvi Shaw. The second DD wicket fell when the score was 95 after 10.1 overs. For SRH, spinner Rashid Khan, 19, Afghanistan, took 2/23 in 4 overs while pacer Siddharth Kaul took 1/37 in 4 overs.

SRH were 13/0 after 2.2 overs.
