Body of missing boy found in village well in Rohtas

Sasaram : Police recovered body of a boy Suraj Kumar alias Chhotu, 14, from a well at village Nasariganj village in Rohtas district on April 17, 2018, and brought it to Sasaram Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.

SHO, Nasariganj police station, said that Suraj Kumar alias Chhotu, son of Paras Sao of village Amiyawar was a student of   class VIII at the village Middle School. He had gone to a coaching centre on April 13, 2018, evening but did not return home. The villagers spotted his body floating in a well of the village on April 17. They informed police who pulled out the body from the well. The villagers identified the deceased as Suraj Kumar alias Chhotu. He is  survived by his younger brother Sanjeet Kumar, 12, sister Chanda Kumari 8, mother and father.

Paras Sao said that he had lodged an FIR with Nasariganj police station and also provided the mobile no of his son but police remained did not try to locate the boy.
