Dipika, Chinappa win silver in women’s squash doubles at CWG

Patna : Defending women’s squash doubles Champion Dipika Rebecca Pallikal Karthik, 26, and Joshna Chinappa, 31, India, lost to Joelle King and Amanda Landers Murphy, New Zealand, in the women’s doubles final of 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games (CWG) on April 15, 2018, 9-11, 8-11, in 20 minutes. The Indian Squash pair settled for silver medal. Dipika and Saurabh Ghoshal had won silver medal in mixed doubles on April 14, 2018. Both Dipika and Chinappa come from Tamil Nadu and train at Chennai. For Dipika, it was her second medal at Gold Coast CWG 2018.
