K Senthil Kumar, IAS, promoted to Spl Secretary rank

Patna : Bihar Government on April 9, 2018, granted K Senthil Kumar, a 1996 batch Bihar cadre IAS officer and Additional Secretary, Labour Resources Department, proforma promotion to the rank of Special Secretary with effect from January 21, 2010, in the light of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Patna Bench, order on March 16, 2018.

K Senthil Kumar was on central deputation from February 23, 2010, to June 6, 2011. His batchmate H R Srinivas was granted proforma promotion to Special Secretary rank was much earlier. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on April 9 itself.
