Mother-son duo killed, 2 injured in Muzaffarpur accident

Muzaffarpur : A woman and her six year old son died on the spot while two other family members  were serioulsy injured when a speeding truck rammed the house of Akhilesh Mahto at 9.15 pm on March 23, 2018, at village Vishnupura Anant under Saraiya police station in Muzaffarpur district in North Bihar. Saraiya is 49 km away from Muzaffarpur town, headquarters of Muzaffarpur district

The deceased were identified as Sukia Devi, 35, and her six year old son Suman. Both were crushed to death by the truck which dashed and entered their house after its driver lost control over the steering. Both of them were sleeping. Akhilesh Mahto and his father were seriously injured in the incident and their condition is stated to be critical.
