Police seeks speedy trial of 10 naxalites lodged in Muzaffarpur Central Jail

Muzaffarpur : Muzaffarpur police on March 12, 2018, submitted chargesheet against 10 naxalites lodged in Muzaffarpur Central Jail in the court to ensure their speedy trial. Police has sought their speedy trial by the court. Muzaffarpur SSP Vivek Kumar said that police want their speedy trial as all of them are notorious for their naxal activities.

DM directs SSP to lodge FIR against Paroo BDO : Muzaffarpur DM Dharmendra Singh has directed SSP Vivek Kumar to lodge criminal case against Block Development Officer (BDO), Paroo, Ratnesh Kumar, from whose house one Tulsi Rai was arrested in drunken state  on January 15, 2018, night. BDO Ratnesh Kumar was present at his house at that time.

The DM had taken the legal opinion of Public Prosecutor (PP) before asking the SSP to lodge criminal case against BDO Ratnesh Kumar. Now, an FIR would be lodged against the Paroo BDO soon.
