Ara : Swikriti Singhania of Ara and Neha Kumari of Koelwar in Bhojpur district have brought laurels to the district. Swikriti Singhania has cleared the ‘Supreme Court Advocate on Record Examination’ in her first attempt while Neha Kumari has become a crew member in the Go-Airlines.

Swikriti, the eldest daughter of Ashok Singhania and Asha Singhania, both advocates, completed her matriculation from a local school and secured excellent marks at the CBSE  examination in 2003 and the then President of India, Bhairo Singh Shekhawat gave her CBSE merit award in New Delhi the same year. She also topped at the Degree exam and then topped the LLB exam from Chanakya National Law University (CNLU) in 2011 and has been practicing in the Supreme Court. Her younger sister Karishma Singhania is also practicing in the Supreme Court while her youngest sister Prathna Singhania is doing LLB from the Amity Law School, Noida.

A number of people like Dr S K Rungta, Sunil Khemani, Alok Chand Jain, Dr S K Kedia, Vishnu Kumar Goenka, Om Prakash Bedia and others congratulated Swikriti and said that she had made the district proud. The examination was held in June 2017 and the results were declared in March 2018 in which she got 38th rank out of 125.  

Neha Kumari, daughter of Nirmal Kumar, a BDO posted in Jehanabad, and Asha Devi, a housewife, completed her matriculation from a local school and was a student of BBA part III in Magadh Mahila College, Patna, when on December 20, 2017, a team of Go-Airlines from Mumbai came to Patna for campus selection and Neha Kumari was selected as crew member in the Go-Airlines. The Go-Airlines selected 13 girls from all over Bihar including 2 from Magadh Mahila College. At Present Neha Kumari is undergoing training at Worli in Mumbai.
