Rohtas police bust gang issuing fake Chalans for carrying sand

Sasaram : Rohtas police busted a gang involved in issuing fake Chalans for carrying sand using stamps and seized six sand laden trucks and arrested one person in this connection on March 6, 2018.

SDPO Niraj Singh said that police had received information that operator of Manikchank ghat possessed a fake stamp in the name of Aditya Multi Dot Company and earned huge amount by issuing chalans for sand fraudulently. He said that police, on a tip off, conducted raid near Bardiha Mor on March 6 afternoon and seized six sand laden truck and also arrested a person in this connection.
