Muzaffarpur : Excise and Prohibition Department sleuths seized 43 cartons of foreign liquor during a raid conducted in Khabra area in Muzaffarpur district on January 7, 2017. They also arrested two liquor smugglers,who during interrogation disclosed the names of their two associates. Police are conducting raids to arrest them.
The raid was conducted under the leadership of SI, Excise, Saurabh Kumar, on a tip off. Excise Superintendent, Muzaffarpur, Deenbandhu, said that an FIR was lodged against the two arrested persons. The Excise team also seized a bike during the raid.
