JD(U) MP R CP Singh lauds Sardar Patel’s role in country’s integration

Sitamarhi:  JD(U) General Secretary and Rajya Sabha Member R C P Singh on November 9, 2017, said that the nation would keep remembering former Union Home Minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel due to his huge contribution in India’s integration.

The former bureaucrat said that Sardar Patel laid the foundation for strong India after independence and partition. His role led to Dr Rajendra Prasad becoming our first President, said the JD(U) MP  Singh, who was the Chief Guest at Sardar Patel’s 142th anniversary function organised on SRK Goenka college, Sitamarhi, premises on November 9. He reached the venue six hours behind the schedule as he started from Delhi late becase of smog and flight delay.
JD(U) Bajpatti MLA and former minister Ranju Geeta, Public Prosecutor Aun Kumar Singh, senior JD(U) functionaries: Devendra Sah, Rahul Kumar Singh, Vishal Gaurav, Kanchan Patel and Shankar Baitha, were pProminent among those who addressed the Jayanti Samaroh.
