Yamaguchi stuns Sindhu to reach French Open Super Series final

Patna : World Number 5 shuttler Akane Yamaguchi, Japan, stunned World Number 2 P V Sindhu, India, in the semi-finals 21-14, 21-9 to reach the final of women French Open Super Series 2017 Badminton tournament at Paris, Rance, on October 28, 2017.

Sindhu put up some fight in the first game but Yamaguchi completely dominated her in the second game. Sindhu had won her last three match against Yamaguchi. Sindhu had lost in the first round od Denmark Open Super Series Premier recently and had also no done well at Japan Open. Sindhi is now 3-2 head to head against Yamaguchi.
