New Delhi : President of India Ram Nath Kovind will visit Uttar Pradesh (UP) from September 14 to 15, 2017. On September 14, the President will attend a civic reception in Lucknow. On September 15, President Kovind will launch the ‘Swachhta Hi Seva’ programme at Ishwariganj village in Kanpur, according to a PIB release.
